Yarrow - promotes fluid flow in the breasts; inhibits bacterial growth; believed to prevent the growth of new blood vessels that cancerous tumors need for growth; relieves swollen, tender breasts and nipples.

Add oil to your palms, rub your hands together, briskly, until they feel warm. Massage onto breasts in inward and upward circular motion. Cover the entire chest area and make it a ritual where you become familiar with your breasts. Store in a cool, dark place. Use within 12 months.
