Refund policy

Sunday's Company Products are nonrefundable. Please be aware that they are natural and handmade, therefore may vary from batch to batch. It is important that you read the ingredients prior to purchasing. If there is an issue, please email info@sundayscompany.com, within 10 days of purchase/receiving your order, and we will work out a resolution. 

Non Sunday’s Company items may be exchanged only, within 10 days of purchase/receiving order, if unused and in the original packaging/condition. 

Final Sale items are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged. These include:

- sale items
- gift cards
- consumable/perishable goods
- opened and/or used apothecary and personal care goods
- custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- intimate care items (such as vibrators and undergarments)
- shippings fees.
