- Sunday's Company will provide mandatory cosmetic labelling, as governed by the Food and Drugs Act, the Cosmetic Regulations, the Consumer Packaging and Labelling Act and the Consumer Packaging and Labelling Regulations.

- Sunday's Company will print and provide label with mandatory cosmetic labelling, as governed by the Food and Drugs Act, the Cosmetic Regulations, the Consumer Packaging and Labelling Act and the Consumer Packaging and Labelling Regulations.

- Orders are placed via email
- In order to purchase from the "Custom Catalogue", you must first complete the development of your signature scent.
- Initial order minimum of $750. No order minimum on subsequent orders; however some retail products may have a minimum order quantity. These will be listed on the line sheet.
- Payment is due, via etransfer, prior to production.
- To ensure the freshest product possible, all custom product is made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for completion. If there is a delay, you will be notified upon placing your order. Please inform your ordering staff to ensure they place orders prior to running out. Summer season is peak ordering time, and rush orders cannot be guaranteed.
- Shipping is a flat fee of $40, and includes the cost of packaging materials and handling fees.
- Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Service, unless other arrangements are made. Delivery times range from 2-4 days; however Sunday's Company cannot guarantee delivery dates.
- You may arrange for delivery by your chosen carrier. Pickup may be arranged, only when have received an email stating the order is "ready for pickup". We are happy to arrange for pickup, via your chosen courier service. You will be required to provide your account number with your chosen carrier.
- Sunday's Company may change prices upon reasonable notice to for subsequent purchases.
- Retailers must sell at, or above the price indicated as the MSRP, and may not amend to a lower price.
- Retailers who choose to refund the consumer, do so at their own
discretion and will not be reimbursed by Sunday's Company. If a customer has a question about a particular product, that you you are not comfortable answering, please encourage them to reach out to Sunday's Company via email. It is important that consumers are never given incorrect information. - A set of postcards on Body Oiling will be included with all Body Oil purchases. These postcards are to be given with each purchase of a body oil, so that customers can learn about the benefits of this practice, and how to perform it as a ritual, should they choose.

Program Details
- Initial order minimum of $250
- $150 reorder minimum
- Goods are offered at a 40% margin.
- Open to all wholesale clients
- Orders are placed through the Faire wholesale portal.
- If goods are available and in stock, orders may ship out within one week; however most wholesale orders are made fresh to order and may take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to ship. Lead times vary throughout the year, and are dependant on many factors such as product, material and packaging availability, weather, location, and current order count. Any expected delays of shipment will be communicated to you within 7 days of purchase date. Please keep this in mind, especially during peak seasons, as rush orders are never guaranteed.
- Shipping is automatically calculated upon checkout via Faire, using their available courier services.
- Sunday's Company cannot guarantee delivery dates once parcel has been shipped. You will receive tracking information via Faire.
- Sunday's Company may change prices upon reasonable notice for subsequent purchases.

- Sunday's Company holds a high level of standard for their products, and ensures that retailers are entitled to replacements for any defects in the products. Please inspect all items upon receiving, and report any issues directly to Melissa via email, within 7 days of receiving.
- Sunday's Company manufactures it's goods using natural ingredients, thus variations in texture, color, and scent may occur and is considered normal within the shelf life of a product. It is also normal for small particles of plant material to be present.
- These variations are likely to increase with exposure to direct sunlight, heat, and exposure to moisture and oxygen. Goods should be stored and merchandised in a cool, dry environment, away from direct sunlight in order to decrease likelihood of further variation from occurring. Any defects other than those defined above should be reported to Sunday's Company so that they may be replaced.
- I am always available to answer any questions or concerns regarding Sunday's Company and it's products.
- It is important for Sunday's Company to be represented in a manner that is in line with it's values and quality. Please follow Merchandising guidelines and storage guidelines.
- In depth product, process and company information is available online in the journal and product sections of the website. Please take care in familiarizing yourself and your staff with the products you are selling, and the background information to ensure customers are receiving full and correct information, and leave with an understanding of what they are purchasing. We value our customers greatly, and would like the Sunday's Company experience to extend beyond my bricks and mortar store.
- Any photos that are used on social media, via Sunday's Company or Faire, must be fully credited to Sunday's Company.
