Oil pulling is a powerful Ayurvedic detox practice. Swishing herbal oil in mouth for 10-15 minutes per day attracts and pulls other oils and toxins from your teeth, gums and salivary glands, deterring bad bacteria and plaque, while supporting healthy gum tissue and purifying the entire body.

Yarrow: promotes healing of mouth sores due; anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, astringent; circulatory stimulant and styptic (stops bleeding)

Fennel: antibacterial properties inhibit the growth of micro-organisms and plaque buildup; anti-viral properties treat oral ulcers and soothe sore throats

Clove: natural anti-septic useful for treating toothaches; anti-inflammatory and anti-plaque agents beneficial for preventing periodontal disease; calcium and vitamin C essential for strong teeth and bones;

Horsetail: contains the highest concentrations of silica known. It is a critical ingredient to remineralizing and rebuilding your bones and teeth.

Amalaki: supports the healing and development of connective tissue in the gums and keep teeth from loosening; assists natural internal cleansing

Cinnamon: loaded in calcium, strengthens teeth; anti-microbial properties that help relieve mild pain.

Sesamum indicum (Sesame) Seed Oil, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (Fractionated Coconut) Oil, Achillea Millefolium (Yarrow) Leaf & Flower, Foeniculum Vulgare (Fennel) Seed, Syzygium aromaticum (Clove), Equisetum Arvence (Horsetail), Emblica Officinalis (Amalaki) Fruit, Cinnamomum Verum (Cinnamon) Bark, Essential Oils of Fennel and Peppermint

Shake well before use. Place approximately 2–3 teaspoons of oil in the mouth. Gently swish back and forth, while also pulling oil through the teeth. Continue for 5-20 min. When finished, spit out oil (do not swallow) and rinse mouth with warm water.
Store in a cool, dark place.
