Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING 

Your order will be shipped within 2-4 business days via Canada Post. Should there be a delay in your order, we will let you know. Choosing an Expedited or Priority shipping method may reduce the amount of time your order spends in transit, but will not reduce the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. 

When will my order be ready for pick-up?
We try to fulfill orders within 1-4 business days. You will receive an email when your order is ready. Proof of purchase is required at the time of pickup; please provide a copy of your order confirmation/receipt.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping via Canada Post. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Please be advised that all duties and taxes applied to your shipment at customs are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Due to the high risk of lost or delayed international packages, we track all international shipments.

What if my package doesn't arrive?                                      
If your order does not arrive within 14 days (Canada) / 30 days (Int'l), please contact info@sundayscompany.com. Claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your product, we are happy to process your return for an exchange/store credit.  Please keep in mind that all of our products are natural and handmade, therefore may vary from batch to batch.

Prior to returning your item, please email us at info@sundayscompany.com within 15 days of receiving your product. We will then issue you a return number. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please include your a print out of your order confirmation/receipt with your assigned return # written on the receipt.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, including duties and/or taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping your original order will be deducted from your store credit.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received, we will send you a confirmation email along with your store credit. 

Gift cards and sale/promotional items are final sale.

Returns will not be accepted after 20 days from receipt of goods.

In Store Refund/Exchange Policy

Exchange only within 15 days of purchase. Product must be unused and in original condition and packaging. All self care and body products are final sale.
