With the help of steam, the soothing properties of plants and oils connects you to your breath, and offers a therapeutic remedy to help loosen mucus, and relax and relieve tension.

A herbal face steam also cleanses and hydrates skin. As the surface of the skin is warmed, impurities, bacteria, buildup and dirt are released from pores. Tired skin is revived as moisture is absorbed, increasing permeability and suppleness. The increased perspiration improves blood flow, which in turn feeds the skin.
